Jeff Gilford has over 17 years of finance and accounting management expertise working with companies ranging from pre-venture start up to NYSE public reporting Fortune 500. Prior to founding Financial Management Solutions™, he was VP Finance & Administration/CFO for OrderFusion, a leader in sell side e-commerce software. While at OrderFusion, Jeff closed over $25 million in venture led preferred equity, closed convertible bridge and senior debt/equipment financing transactions exceeding $10 million, and led development of sophisticated accounting, human resource, contracts licensing and legal functions for operations throughout US and Canada. Prior to OrderFusion, he served as Acting Chief Financial Officer to many early stage private technology companies, providing financial solutions to business planning, financing, infrastructure development, mergers & acquisitions, treasury and risk management. Jeff has held additional financial management positions since leaving Deloitte & Touche LLP (fka Touche Ross). He is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of the Corporate Directors Forum. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is currently attending the San Diego State University Executive MBA program.
